REFUND POLICY - It is important to note that your payment shall be refunded ONLY in the following instances:
* In the event the institute does not accept your application, or
* The applicant or the student cancels within five (05) business days after signing the enrolment agreement and making the initial payment.

Kindly note that refunds shall NOT be made for requests due to change of personal circumstances as they are NOT the responsibility of AIA, and AIA shall NOT be held liable for changes in your personal circumstances.
